The Wildbrumby Distillery and Cafe is a unique, award winning schnapps and gin distillery located halfway between Jindabyne and Thredbo. The 20 acre property features a cellar door and fully licensed cafe, working raspberry farm and is surrounded by a contemporary sculpture garden.

Enjoy the full range of authentic Schnapps made from locally grown fruit, kept on ice and ready for your tasting tour. The highly aromatic award winning Gin made from Australian botanicals and citrus grown on the family orchard are all distilled onsite in the beautiful brass distilling equipment. There is also a selection of wines and German beer on tap to compliment the European-inspired lunch made from the finest local ingredients.
